Here at Boogaloo, we want you to be happy!

We will gladly accept back products, if you are not satisfied, for exchange or store credit, within 5 days of your purchase with its original receipt and re-saleable condition.

Exchange or store credit only, on return items.

Electrical/hot tools:

If within the first year warranty from date of purchase, we will be happy to exchange it for the same or equivalent item , if available. Past one year, we can assist you in choosing another tool or you can contact the manufacturer.

Final Sale items (no refunds or exchanges):

  • Hair brushes and Combs
  • Eminence Skin Care
  • Nail Polish
  • Accessories (hair bands etc)

Cancellation Policy:

Please provide us with a 24 hours notice of cancellation.

We recognize that not all of life’s unexpected events come with advance notice. As a courtesy, please remember to call us as soon as you know that you will be unable to make your scheduled appointment and we’d be happy to re-book it for you.

Our employees depend on you to respect their availability, please make every effort to arrive for your scheduled time. We reserve the option to administer a cancellation fee or a minimum of 20% fee to repeated last-minute cancellations.
